This one is tricky. With RingCentral and other Virtual VOIP systems, you are given a very large block of domestic minutes. It's almost impossible to use more than the allotted value unless you are a very high-volume call center. So, at this time, it only lists those calls after you run out of free minutes, and international calls (the only calls charged). Shortly, we will be adding a feature/setting that will allow you to save the free minutes in your plan and the monthly cost of the plan and we'll just do the math for your cost/minute and roll it into your reports.
